Refunds and cancellation
Last updated August 8, 2026
The short version: you can cancel whenever you want, it takes one click, and we do not refund payments already made.
Canceling
Sign in, open the billing page, and cancel. No email to write, no phone call, no notice period, no cancellation fee. The next charge simply does not happen.
Your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel on the 3rd and your period runs to the 20th, you keep working through the course until the 20th.
What happens to your records
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your progress, exam scores, and certificates stay exactly where they are. If you come back later, they are waiting.
Refunds
Payments already made are not refunded, including partial months. Because you can cancel at any moment and keep the time you paid for, the most you are ever exposed to is the period you are currently in.
There are three cases where we do refund, and you do not have to argue for them:
- You were charged after canceling.
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- Raise101 was unavailable for a meaningful stretch of a period you paid for.
Outside those, if something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us anyway. Email hello@raise101.com and a person reads it. We would rather sort out a bad experience than keep thirty nine dollars.
Team plans
A team bill follows the roster. Deactivate someone and they stop billing from that moment, so you are not paying for a person who left in March until December. Deactivating does not erase their completion record, which matters when a funder or a board asks what training your staff has done.
How the money moves
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, when they happen, go back to the card that was charged and usually land within five to ten business days depending on the bank. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment and a notice for every refund, so there is always a paper trail without you having to ask us for one.
