Questions we get asked
- How does Team billing actually work?
- Your bill is the number of active learners on your roster times $49, recalculated whenever the roster changes. Add someone mid-month, the next invoice reflects it. Deactivate someone and their seat stops billing immediately while their records stay. There is no seat pack to buy and nothing to true up.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes. The first module of the course and six practice exam questions are free with no account. That is enough to judge the teaching and the question quality for yourself.
- Can we buy one month, train everyone, and stop?
- Yes, and it is a normal way to use Raise101. Put ten people through the course in a month for $490, keep the certificates, and cancel. Records stay in your organization's history if you come back for the next hire.
- Do staff pay anything when an organization adds them?
- No. When your organization adds an email to its roster, the person who signs up with that email is covered by the organization's plan. They never see a price or a card form.
- Is this an official CFRE product?
